Vegan Chocolate Pie

Vegan Chocolate Pie – no-bake

coconut crust with vegan chocolate pie filling


16 oz. chocolate chips (semi-sweet recommended)

16 oz. silken tofu (I prefer the unrefrigerated kind in the box on the shelf)

1 TBS vanilla

1/3 cup chopped nuts

Whipped Cream or Cashew cream (optional)


  1. Melt chocolate in double broiler. (if you prefer sweeter chocolate consider adding agave to taste)
  2. Drain the tofu
  3. Place tofu and vanilla into blender or food processor and blend
  4. Add the melted chocolate and blend and stir until smooth and fully integrated
  5. Pour into pie crust (I prefer my coconut crust)
  6. Top with nuts if you like and place in the fridge to set (you can also place in the freezer)
  7. Refrigerate until ready to serve
